We are a confectionery manufacturer with a history of over 100 years since our establishment in 1917. We manufacture Japanese confectionery, and also Western confectionery, baked sweets, cakes, and breads. We have as many as 46 stores only in Yamaguchi Prefecture. We manufacture a total of about 300 items of our original Japanese and Western confectionery, including the well-known Yamaguchi brand Tsuki de Hirotta Tamago.
